how do you make fake snow for your front yard for christmas decorations?

i’ve seen people make snow for their front yard. i think it’s make out of white garbage bags and then they put christmas snowmand and deers on top of it.

I DO THIS EVERY YEAR THERE UP & TURND ON BY THE 1st OF DECEMBER & OFF & TAKEN DOWN BY THE 1st OR 2nd OF THE NEW YEAR DEPENDING ON THE HOW HOT OR WET IT IS (DAMM CLIMATE CHANGE) BUT EVERY YEAR THINGS CHANGE FOR THE FRONT YARD SOME NEW THINGS ARE OUT THERE WHITH THE OLD THINGS I STARTED THIS WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER WHEN I WAS 14 OR 15 YEARS OLD I FIRST USED CARDBOARD – CLEAR CONTACT – TINCEL & WOOD STAKES I HAD NO LIGHTS OR ANY THING ELECTRICLE OUT IN THE FRONT YARD UNTILL A FEW YEARS LATER & WE STILL HAVE THE FIRST STRAND OF LIGHTS WE GOT THEY STILL WORK LIKE THEY WERE BRAND NEW NOW MDF IS USED INPLACE OF CARDBOARD LOTS OF THINGS ARE HAND MADE BY ME IT WAS HARD WORK UNTILL DAD GOT THE JIGSAW IT HAS NOW BECOME VERRY EASY & WELL THE SKYES THE LIMIT

Does anyone know where I can find the best deals/ lowest price for Christmas yard decorations?
